The New War
Gunfire, grenades, bombs, blood, dead people, and the government trying to hide the reality of the country, this new war it is just beginning and deaths are increasing. Day a day we see on the newspaper or on television news about attacks and shootings between the drug cartels and the Mexico soldiers or the marines. Who has the right reason, the drug dealers or the governments? What could we do? Or what the people should do?
Drug dealers says that they have the reason of fighting because they are Mexicans and because of the lower amount of work, they have to life of something, but what about killing those innocent people that are not involve on this issue, what about the damage that the drugs make to the people who buy their product? What is the government thinking to do? The six years of Calderon is almost over, he will be gone by the time the situation will get worse.
Calderon should make something efficient to end all this damage to our country. Such as legalize the drugs, like that drug dealers cannot make his business “under the water” as we said in Mexico. He should lower the unemployment in Mexico instead of making big parties celebrating our "Patria" or Native land.
Day a day you see that the deaths are increasing with the time, or that some drug dealer boss was capture, but that doesn’t mean that it is going to end, as we said in Mexico, capture a drug dealer is like killing one cockroach, you kill one and twenty more comes out, and it will never end. We are fighting between us. May be we could ask for help to another nations, and they can give to Calderon some advices of how treat this people, or this issue.
We want a peaceful land, were we can walk in the streets with any worry, where we can visit or tourist places that are the most beautiful of the world, where we can work with dignity and rear the next generation in peace and liberty.

Drug cartels are waging war around the country, such as throwing grenades to a touristic cites, restaurants, down town everywhere, they are taking the schools, hospitals, just to create panic. This makes Mexicans live in fear of going out and being shot. Not even inside their homes are safe because they do not know where or when drug traffickers and soldiers are fighting each other.
